Our Policy

 There is a security deposit of $500 that is due at time of booking. The deposit will be refunded back to you within 48 hours after check out, pending that there will be no excessive cleaning and or damages to the camper and all equipment to be counted for.

All awnings are NON functional

All outer beach reservations are a 4 day minimum

Check Out - 10am

We are not responsible for inclement weather and we cannot guarantee air conditioning with generator.
